'Advance Together ' Days
This year we launched our ‘Advance Together’ Days, which are intentional all-in office days designed to bring our team together for training, leadership development, and plenty of coffee. These days have become a cornerstone of how we stay aligned to our purpose to create impact.
A highlight of these sessions has been welcoming clients to share stories of the incredible work they do. Their perspectives enrich our learning, deepen our understanding of the communities we serve, and remind us of our impact.
Leadership Pathways Program
In 2025 we launched our Leadership Pathways Program, a mentorship initiative designed to invest in emerging leaders across our organisation. The program is guided by two exceptional external mentors with experience in high performance that is underpinned by a heart to make a difference in the world. We were privileged to partner with Head to Head Leadership Development for this program.
This program equips our developing leaders with the skills, confidence, and support they need to communicate with clarity, lead with purpose, and contribute meaningfully to the future of The Breakthrough Office; and is a defining part of our commitment to growing the next generation of values-aligned leaders.
First Nations Cadetship
This year we launched our First Nations Cadetship Program, created to partner with incredible First Nations young people as they enter the accounting and professional services sector.
The program has already been an extraordinary journey - shaping how we learn, listen, and build meaningful opportunity. We are honoured to walk alongside our first Cadet this year as they take their first steps into the profession, and we are committed to expanding the program in future years to broaden access and deepen connection across our communities.
Wellbeing and Self-Led Volunteer Days
In recognition of the dedication our team brings to another year of serving clients, we introduced a November Wellbeing Day - an additional day of paid leave designed to give every staff member space to rest, recharge, and reset before commencing our final month of the year.
Alongside this, our self-led Volunteer Days continue to be a priority for our team to connect with their local community changemakers. Under this leave type, all staff have access to an additional day of leave to volunteer at a NFP of their choice. This year, we were excited to hear stories of team members connecting with food banks and women’s refuges, distributing flyers for upcoming events, facilitating youth mentoring programs, and delivering Christmas hampers.
Our commitment to community impact extends beyond our client work. This year we prioritised our volunteer opportunities, expanded our pro bono support, and partnered financially with some organisations who are making an incredible impact.
In 2025 we added The Elizabeth Rose Foundation and Heart2Help to our pro-bono client base to support the incredible work they do in community.
Donation Partners
Across 2025 we were honoured to partner financially with a number of organisations to support the incredible work they are doing in community.
